History
DML Builders was formed in 1991 where David Corney was an integral part of the company as a Foreman and Project Manager for many years. In August 2003 David and Jane purchased the company and DML Builders (2003) Ltd was born. In April 2015 Keryn and Jodie Amon purchased DML Builders (2003) Ltd from David and Jane and changed the name to DML Construction Ltd where the third leg of the DML legacy begins.
Mission
Moving forward with Keryn as the Managing Director, DML is focused and driven to provide excellence with planning, procedure and process on all of our projects. From fixing a door handle with our maintenance team right through to building a high rise – like that of Open Country’s Tower Two milk powder plant.
Residential and Commercial
DML has systems in place to offer a one-stop-shop from conception to completion on any building project. We have in-house Quantity Surveyors and project managers to ensure our customers can get their projects across the line without major budget blow outs. An alliance with Architects insures we can offer quality design for residential and commercial projects at competitive rates.
Rural Development
We have experience in all aspects of farm building and hope to expand our portfolio of rural projects further with the need for feed lots & feed pads becoming more prevalent to sustain increasing demand for milk production. Our team is happy to provide costings, scheduling, planning and programming to assist in securing finance.
With a team of 30 plus employees DML Construction are confident that we can deliver on time and on budget.
